DR. STEFFEN SCHWARZ
not only runs coffee shops (founder of the German coffee shop chain "THE COFFEE STORE"), but also runs the largest coffee consulting and training centre operating on a European and international scale, "COFFEE CONSULATE" in Mannheim (www.coffee-consulate.com). He sits on the board of the SCAE, the "Speciality Coffee Association of Europe", in London.

MARTIN KIENREICH
is not only the author of the book, but also created and organised the "Coffee FAQ" concept. He is furthermore the operator of the most successful German language Internet coffee portal, www.coffee-scout.net. As a consultant and organiser of events in the coffee sector (Coffee Circle, Coffee Innovations Award, etc.), he is heavily involved in the coffee industry.
